   Probably not; I'm reasonably confident that we can't do permissions based on ranks like last time.

   The CWO made an announcement last night to those who were there, biut you seem to be the only one signed up as I write.

   I think the others are just spam registrations, but it doesn't matter so much on this one; you have to register with a valid address, then confirm you signed up from that address.
