How to join
As a cadet
Anyone aged 13 or over can join (but before your 17th birthday). Simply come down to the Squadron at 7pm any Monday or Friday evening (excluding Bank Holiday Mondays and between Christmas & New Year) and we’ll take it from there.
Once you join, you’ll be expected to make a contribution to the ATC’s General Purpose Fund. This works out at £2 per night, for as long as you are enrolled as a cadet, and helps towards the cost of activities and facilities for all ATC cadets in the UK.
As a Civilian Instructor
All ATC Squadrons depend on adult volunteers, whether as commissioned officers, non-commissioned officers or as civilian instructors. If you would like to know more, please contact the Air Training Corps.
